Keys to Success
Four fundamental pillars that drive our competitive advantage
Regulatory Expertise
Leveraging our more than 50 years of combined environmental engineering and regulatory compliance experience to develop an end-to-end waste management and resource recovery solution for clients.
Dual Revenue Stream
Generating income from FOG (grease trap) servicing fees and UCO commodity sales. The specialized waste processing strategy significantly bolsters JINCO’s gross margin profile by increasing UCO sale quality while lowering disposal fees for FOG waste.
Environmental Engineering
JINCO’s value proposition extends beyond basic hauling to a specialized waste processor and commodity supplier by implementing environmental engineering principles to drive a dual revenue strategy.
Professional Network
Leveraging our strong professional network of restaurant operators and owners, airport concessionaires, and regulatory points of contact is critical to establishing an initial client base within the core metropolitan Atlanta area.
The Opportunity
The Metro Atlanta commercial food service industry presents exceptional demand for specialized FOG and UCO waste management services

Regulatory Compliance Drivers
GA EPD Rule 391-3-6-.24
State rule provides minimum uniform statewide regulations for transporters of commercial waste, requiring licensing and permitting. This creates a high barrier to entry and ensures continuous demand for approved service providers.
Local Ordinances
Local jurisdictions mandate permitting and strict maintenance schedules. Non-compliance results in significant fines, operational disruptions, and mandatory plumbing repairs, making compliant services a necessity, not a luxury.
Biofuel & Renewable Energy Applications
Rising Global Demand
The rising global demand for renewable biodiesel has significantly increased the value of UCO, transforming waste management into a dual-revenue opportunity (service fees + commodity sales).
Renewable Energy Incentives
Supportive government policies and incentives for renewable energy, such as the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), boost the economic viability of converting UCO into biodiesel.
Circular Economy & Sustainability
Growing awareness and corporate commitments to waste reduction and circular economy principles compel the food service industry to participate in professional FOG recycling programs.
Industries We Serve
We proudly serve a wide variety of food service establishments across the Metro Atlanta area who are required to maintain grease traps or interceptors under state and local regulations. From fast-paced restaurants to high-traffic institutional kitchens, we provide compliant, reliable solutions that support safe operations while protecting our shared environment.

Sports Stadiums & Arenas
The Metro Atlanta region has one of the highest concentrations of Food Service Establishments in the Southeast. Thousands of facilities are required to adhere to mandated cleaning intervals — typically every 90 days or once FOG levels reach 20% capacity — as enforced by local agencies such as DeKalb County and Atlanta Watershed Management. Our team supports each industry segment by ensuring grease management systems stay compliant, helping businesses avoid costly penalties while maintaining efficient and environmentally responsible operations.
Competitive Advantage
Why JINCO stands apart in the Metro Atlanta environmental services market
Market Landscape
The Metro Atlanta FOG/UCO waste management landscape is highly fragmented, comprising both large regional players and numerous local operators. Larger operators, due to enormously scaled operations (too many clients), are simply unable to offer reliable and quality service. Meanwhile, local operators (“pumper” companies) lack the specialized environmental regulatory and quality capabilities required to minimize client operational and regulatory risk.
In addition, local operators typically only offer pumping and hauling services and lack a true end-to-end waste value-recovery solution.
The JINCO Solution
JINCO possesses a unique competitive moat through its leadership to disrupt and offer a robust value proposition with an enhanced service model of integrating in-house waste processing, differentiating JINCO from standard haulers while allowing JINCO to compete with larger regional service providers.
